Great location near major attractions and tram line, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Staff members were friendly, helpful and professional, especially the receptionist and breakfast waiters. an enjoyable and convenient stay.

We loved the location in the heart of the old city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions of this city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms which were super clean. The staff were also helpful, assisting us in organising a taxi back to the airport which was appreciated. And the breakfast - oh my - it had everything we could wish for with a change of hot menu everyday.

Everything is great, I appreciated stylish room and best possible location. Extremely comfy beds and a mini fridge bar, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area🙂

We liked this place, it has great location and people. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with very comfy bed and couch, for instance as expected. The lighting here was natural.

The lobby was beautifully decorated and a great spot to enjoy a Turkish coffee. The room was clean, comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The shower had multiple settings, which was a nice touch after a tiring day of travel. The location was excellent, with all the attractions within a short walk. I particularly want to thank the helpful young man with curly hair who went out of his way to assist me with public transport and navigating the area. No regrets choosing this hotel!
